Daria Miyeko Marinelli is a Japanese-Italian playwright who writes about outcasts and underdogs trying to rewrite the cultural mythology they have inherited while honoring the wildness of their hearts. Their plays include Ravenous, A Departure, Beautiful Blessed Child, and This is Not What I Expected When I Imagined a Republic.

Georgette Kelly is a playwright with one foot in Chicago and the other in New York. Her work has been produced across the United States, and she has participated in numerous artistic residencies, including the 2020 New Visions/New Voices Festival at The Kennedy Center.

Roxanne Schroeder-Arce’s plays Mariachi Girl, Sangre de un Ángel, Señora Tortuga, and the Legend of the Poinsettia are published by Dramatic Publishing. Her most recent play which she co-authored with Maria Rocha, Yana Wana’s Legend of the Bluebonnet, premiered at Dallas Children’s Theater in 2018. She was recently named Director of UTeach Fine Arts, the arts teacher preparation program in the College of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin.

Lojo Simon is a playwright, dramaturg and published writer of prose and poetry.

Ashley Laverty is an M.F.A candidate in Arizona State University's Theatre for Youth program where her interests lie in immersive theatre for youth and playwriting for a young audience. As an actress, she has performed nationally for young audiences with the National Theatre for Children, VEE Corporation, Roxy Regional Theatre, Vital Theatre Company, and Storyland, a family amusement park.
